Satellites
Apart from the indoor and outdoor pools in the main Clubhouse, each of the five neighborhood that comprise Sunrise Lakes Phase III, enjoy the added convenience of having a Satellite area.
Each Satellite has its own building and swimming pool and is within walking distance from your front door.
The building offers a gathering room, card room, billiard room, and kitchen facilities and may be reserved for private events.
The Swimming pool, surrounded by luscious greenery, is furnished with chaise lounges, tables and chairs, and patio umbrellas. Just as in the main Clubhouse, the Satellites are all smoke-free.
What a great way to spend your free time! First, relax on a chaise lounge sipping a cold lemonade, second, bask in the Florida sun, third, go for a dip in the pool to cool off, then, repeat.
